What KallDoctor is
KallDoctor is a platform that connects patients with independent clinics and clinicians. We provide the booking, video and record-keeping tools. We are not a hospital or clinic, we do not provide medical care, and the clinicians on the platform are not our employees. Each clinician is responsible for the care they give and for holding the licence their profession requires.
Not for emergencies
Do not use KallDoctor in an emergency. Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
AI features
AI tools on the platform help clinicians with writing and finding information. They do not give medical advice and do not replace a clinician's judgement. Anything the AI produces is reviewed by the clinician.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Clinics and clinicians must give true licence information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that do not.
For clinics and clinicians
- You are responsible for the care you give and for the accuracy and confidentiality of the records you write on the platform.
- Only look at the records of patients you are treating or have been asked to help treat. Access is logged.
- Keep your sign-in private, do not share it, and tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
- Review anything the AI assistant writes before you save it.
- You keep the medical records you create for as long as the law requires. If a patient closes their account, your notes stay in your clinic's records.
Home visits
For a home visit, place the pin on the exact door and keep your phone reachable. The arrival time shown is an estimate: traffic, weather and the doctor's earlier visits can change it, and the clinic is responsible for the visit, not KallDoctor. Doctors must only use the trip feature for visits they are travelling to, and must not use or share a patient's address for any other purpose.
Bookings and payments
Fees are set by each clinic and shown before you book. Cancellation and refund rules are set by the clinic and shown at booking. Payments are processed by the payment gateway you choose.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no false bookings, no harassment of clinicians or patients, no attempts to break into the system or reach other people's records, and no uploading of unlawful content.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for clinical decisions made by clinicians or for losses that come from things outside our reasonable control.

Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
